Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our services at Gloclien Systems. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party, not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, since there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sharifadan@gmail.com.

9. Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to the address provided upon contacting us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
